枝链氨基酸(BCAA)浓度减低和芳香族氨基酸(AAA)浓度升高是烧伤后血清氨基酸图谱中最突出的改变。本文用14AA-800治疗大面积烧伤病人,使BCAA保持在正常范围,BCAA/AAA之比接近正常,血清白蛋白和白/球之比高于对照组,说明14AA-800对提高BCAA浓度,促进蛋白质合成有一定的帮助。但是,精、甘、胱、组、甲硫等多种氨基酸的水平仍显著减低,苯丙、谷、门冬的浓度极度升高,说明14AA-800未能全面纠正烧伤后血清氨基酸图谱的异常。本文分析了输入氨基酸溶液的配方与血清氨基酸图谱的关系,认为在大面积烧伤病人中使用14AA-800治疗的同时,加用11AA-833或其他营养氨基酸制剂,可望收到更好的效果。
The reduction of BCAAs and the increase of Aromatic Amino Acids (AAAs) are the most prominent changes in serum amino acid profile after burn. It is expected that the use of 14AA-800 in the treatment of extensive burn patients is expected to achieve better results with the addition of 11AA-833 or other nutritional amino acid formulations.
