目的探讨GLI-2(GLI family zinc finger 2)和SFRP-1(Secreled frizzled-related protein 1)在髓母细胞瘤(Medulloblastoma,MB)组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测32份MB组织中GLI-2和SFRP-1的表达,分析两种蛋白之间及其与MB临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果 32例MB中,GLI-2和SFRP-1的阳性表达率分别为50%(16/32)和68.75%(22/32);MB中GLI-2和SFRP-1的表达在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及部位中,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);SFRP-1在SHH-MB与NON-SHH-MB中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);GLI-2与SFRP-1在MB中的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论 GLI-2和SFRP-1的异常表达可能对MB的发生、发展起一定的作用。GLI-2和SFRP-1可作为MB重要的生物学指标,有助于对MB患者危险度评估及患者术后放化疗方案的选择。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of GLI family zinc finger 2 and SFRP-1 in medulloblastoma (MB). Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of GLI-2 and SFRP-1 in 32 MB tissues. The correlation between the two proteins and the clinicopathological features of MB was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of GLI-2 and SFRP-1 in 32 MB were 50% (16/32) and 68.75% (22/32) respectively. The expression of GLI-2 and SFRP-1 in MB were different at different ages, (P> 0.05). The expression of SFRP-1 in SHH-MB and NON-SHH-MB was significantly different (P <0.001), but the difference was not statistically significant There was a significant positive correlation with the expression of SFRP-1 in MB (P <0.001). Conclusion The abnormal expression of GLI-2 and SFRP-1 may play a role in the occurrence and development of MB. GLI-2 and SFRP-1 can be used as important biological indicators of MB, which can help to evaluate the risk of MB patients and the choice of postoperative chemoradiation regimen.
