邻苯二胺是合成“多菌灵”等广谱性农药的主要原料。目前,国内生产邻苯二胺采用邻硝基氯苯氨解、还原两步法工艺路线,此法存在着程序多、时间长、原料缺乏等缺陷,影响“多菌灵”等大批量生产。为了解决这一问题,我们进行了由邻二氯苯和氨水一步合成邻苯二胺的研究工作。邻苯二胺一步法合成的产物是混合物。它除含有邻苯二胺外,还付产苯胺、邻氯苯胺、高聚物及无机盐等。混合物成份复杂。国外曾采用正丁醇萃取分离出邻苯二胺。我们在分离研究中,发现在加氢氧化钠恒沸蒸馏、萃取等精制过
