甘蔗 6个亲本和以 3× 3不完全双列杂交 (Nc )遗传设计配制的 9个杂交组合的实生苗及其宿根 2个作物季的主要工农艺性状的配合力分析表明 ,有效茎数及其有关的早期发株率、发株率、分蘖率主要受基因加性效应控制 ,锤度、重力纯度主要由母本的加性基因所制约 ,而单茎重、丛重等产量性状则受基因加性效应和非加性效应的共同控制 .10个性状的遗传力都较高 ,说明对这些性状进行选择有效 .母本 CP6 5- 357是一个宿根配合力好的亲本 ,父本桂 73- 16 7、崖 73- 512的宿根配合力也较佳 .组合 CP6 5- 357×桂 73- 16 7、CP6 5- 357×崖 84 - 153、CP72 - 12 10×桂 73- 16 7、CP6 5- 357×崖 73- 512是宿根性总配合力效应值高的组合 .
