体育教育是高职教育的重要组成部分,在培养适应社会需求的合格人才的教育中具有自身的学科特点,有特定的教学培养目标,有特定实现教学目标的有效实践途径。高职体育教学中的素质教育主要包括思想道德素质、科学文化素质、身体素质、高职院校体育教学改革要适应培养实用型技术人才的需要,突出自身发展的特点和规律,以发展学生个性为原则,应高度重视高职学生所学专业与体育基本能力的结合,突出素质教育的特点对高职体育教学进行全方位的改革。
