对一种基于Alpha magnetic spectrometer(AMS)热系统研究与设计自主开发的能够实现多介质换热的新型板式换热器进行了试验研究与分析.该种新型换热器的换热板片由凸球面和凹球面构成不连续波纹,其换热性能优于BR1型人字形板式换热器,阻力特性明显优于目前常用的60°人字形板式换热器.本文分析了球面波纹强化传热的机理,认为球面波纹能够减小局部场协同角,提高了板间流场与温度场的协同程度.
