血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )作用于心肌成纤维细胞表面的相应受体 ,主要通过细胞内丝裂素活化蛋白激酶 (MAPKs)及信号转导与转录激活因子 (STATs)信号转导通路 ,对心肌成纤维细胞的增殖和胶原代谢进行调节。AngⅡ的促心肌细胞肥大作用主要是通过心肌成纤维细胞以旁分泌的形式介导的。
Angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) acts on the corresponding receptors on the surface of cardiac fibroblasts, mainly through the intracellular mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) and signal transducers and activators of transcription (STATs) Fibroblast proliferation and collagen metabolism are regulated. Ang Ⅱ cardiomyocyte hypertrophy is mainly mediated by cardiac myofibroblasts in a paracrine form.
