高原一般指发生明显生物学效应的海拔3000m以上的地区。高原空气稀薄,大气压和氧分压低,海拔3500m的大气压和氧分压约为海平面的65%。低氧可使机体发生一系列病理生理变化,使脏器储备功能降低,由此可能降低机体对冲击波的耐受性。随着环境压力降低,机体对冲击波的耐受性明显下降,表现为引起动物同样死亡率所需的冲击波超压值明显下降。
Plateau generally refers to the obvious biological effects of altitude 3000m above the area.
