以十二烷基缩水甘油醚为原料合成了疏水改性海藻酸钠(DGE-alginate),研究了DGE-alginate的表面活性及胶束性质。结果表明:DGE-alginate具有良好的表面活性,在水溶液中可以形成具有核-壳结构的胶束。DGE-alginate在水溶液中的临界胶束浓度为4.0mg/mL,粒径大约为1000 nm,Zeta电位为-63±1mV。
DDS-alginate was synthesized from dodecyl glycidyl ether and the surface activity and micellar properties of DGE-alginate were studied. The results show that DGE-alginate has good surface activity and can form micelles with core-shell structure in aqueous solution. The critical micelle concentration of DGE-alginate in aqueous solution is 4.0 mg / mL, the particle size is about 1000 nm and the zeta potential is -63 ± 1 mV.
