本文报告71例临床与颅脑CT检查不符的脑血管病,发现CT阴性不能排除脑血管病,CT有病灶临床也不一定必有相应的阳性体征;出血和缺血性脑血管病偶可同时存在.指出在诊断脑血管病时,应全面分析临床和CT资料,才能做出更正确的诊断.
