构建国家创新网络是主要发达国家推进创新驱动发展的重要举措,也是中国落实创新驱动发展战略、抢占科技创新制高点和提高综合竞争力的重要保障。中国应借鉴美国、德国等创新网络建设模式和经验,多措并举构建国家创新网络,着力破解制约创新驱动的瓶颈问题,打通科技创新带动经济发展的“最后一公里”。
Building a national innovation network is an important measure for promoting the development of innovation driven by the major developed countries and an important guarantee for China to implement the innovation-driven development strategy, seize the high ground of scientific and technological innovation and enhance its overall competitiveness. Drawing lessons from the innovative network construction models and experiences of the United States and Germany, China should make every effort to build a national innovation network and try its best to crack the bottleneck that restricts innovation-driven issues and open up the “last mile” in which technological innovation drives economic development.
