10月16日至28日,长沙市委组织部和市教育局党委联合举办中小学校长高级研修班,50名学员在教育部中学校长培训班学习。校长培训中心量身定制课程计划,学员聆听了11个专题讲座,到上海市民立、卢湾、梅陇、市西4所中学参观考察。研修班还组织了2次办学经验分享、1次“核心素养”专题研讨。授课教师中,有校长培训中心主任、教授代蕊华等专家学者,也有来自闸北八中、嘉定二中、七宝中学、复兴高级中学的校长、教师。授课内容涵盖校长专业发展、学校办学特色建设、课程改革、
From October 16 to October 28, the Changsha Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and the Municipal Education Bureau party committee jointly held a high-level seminar for primary and secondary school principals, and 50 trainees attended the training courses for the heads of secondary schools in the Ministry of Education.
