小学教育是学生受教育和人生发展的初始阶段,小学有效的教育能够奠定学生对知识的接受能力。而作为学校的管理者,更应该通过有效的管理达到对学生进行有效的教育。拟以小学校长的管理为视角,就如何对小学进行有效的管理进行了探究。
Primary education is the initial stage of education and life development of students, effective education in primary schools can lay the students’ ability to accept knowledge. As a school manager, more effective management of students should be achieved through effective education. From the perspective of the management of primary school principals, it is proposed to explore how to effectively manage primary schools.
