近期,国家统计局发布了3月份70个大中城市住宅销售价格变动情况。数据显示,新建商品住宅和二手住宅价格环比上涨的城市分别有62个和54个,分别比2月增加15个和20个,楼市明显呈现出回暖势头。对此,专家指出,当前楼市回暖主要受宏观经济企稳、前期政策鼓励及投资炒作等多种因素影响,但楼市整体“高库存”与“高房价”并存的格局依然严重。点评:近期楼市回暖的主要原因是前期针对限购、限贷、交易税费、首付比例
Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released the March 70 residential sales price changes in large and medium-sized cities. Data show that the newly built commercial housing and second-hand housing prices rose 62 cities and 54 cities, respectively, an increase of 15 and 20 over February, the property market showed a clear pick up momentum.
