一、关于商业横向经济联合的定义及其内涵。商业横向经济联合的定义,与会同志大致有五种表述: 1.“各种性质的商业企业同社会性的各种经济性质的经济实体之间或事业单位之间所发生的单行性的内外部联系。” 2.“商业企业之间、商业企业同其他经济组织之间冲破地区、部门、行业、条块的界限,本着平等互利的原则。在产、供、销诸方面通过协议、合同、章程等组成的经济联合。”
