高中教育在不断发展的社会中逐渐普及,学生的数量不断增加,但同时也使学生之间的差异越来越大,不利于有效教学。而且教师习惯上按照中间层次学生的能力与个性制订教学内容,这样一来,在一定程度上抑制了一部分学生个性化的发展,也使得一些学生丧失对数学学习的信心,使得高中数学教学陷入困境。从分层教学的角度分析,了解这一教学方法为学生有效的数学学习带来的益处,进而提升教学质量与效能。
The gradual popularization of high school education in a developing society, the increasing number of students, but also to make the difference between students more and more difficult to effective teaching. Moreover, the teacher habitually formulates the teaching content according to the ability and individuality of the middle-level students. As a result, it restrains the individualized development of some students to a certain extent and also makes some students lose their confidence in maths learning and makes senior middle school mathematics teaching in trouble . From the perspective of hierarchical teaching, we can understand the benefits that this teaching method brings to students’ effective mathematical learning, so as to improve teaching quality and effectiveness.
