价格管理的方式和手段虽有多种多样,但围绕价格问题而开展的一系列活动,包括政策法规层面的、组织管理层面的,违规处罚层面的,宣传导向层面的,等等,其难点和重点则在于“诚信”二字。诚信是中华民族的传统美德。一个缺乏诚信的民族、团体、企业乃至个人,最终会被时代淘汰,被历史唾弃;而只有靠诚信支撑,方能存活久远、生机无限。从某种意义上说,价格管理的天职应该是矢志不移地培植社会诚信,让价格天平不受失信的干扰和影响。对此,本文作者所作的系统研究发人深思,值得进一步挖掘。
