利用数学模型研究了中间包内钢水中夹杂物运动的规律,采用自编的计算机软件,对马钢板坯和异型坯中间包夹杂物的运动进行了仿真计算。结果表明,中间包内夹杂物直径 >100μ m时,都能在中间包内上浮,而 50μ m的夹杂物都能在中间包内上浮排出,大大提高了钢水的清洁度。
The law of inclusions movement in the molten steel in the tundish was studied by using the mathematical model. The motion of the inclusions in the slab and the blank tundish of the Masteel was simulated by computer software. The results show that the inclusions in the tundish can float in the tundish when the diameter of the inclusions is larger than 100 μm, while the inclusions of 50 μm in the tundish can float up in the tundish and greatly improve the cleanliness of the molten steel.
