为全面培养采矿工程专业人才,文章从强化教师自身素质、探索教学思路和创新教学方法三个方面进行了初步探讨。研究认为:采矿工程专业课的教师必须在注重加强学习、提高自身素质的前提下,始终把握时代特征,了解学生思想动态,探索教学思路,改善和创新教学方法,理论结合实践,切实把全面推进采矿工程专业人才素质教育放在第一位,才能培养出高素质的、符合高产高效矿井生产要求的采矿工程专业人才。
In order to fully develop the mining engineering professionals, the article has carried on the preliminary discussion from three aspects: strengthening teachers’ own quality, exploring teaching ideas and innovating teaching methods. The research shows that teachers of mining engineering specialty must grasp the characteristics of the times, understand the students’ thoughts and trends, explore teaching ideas, improve and innovate the teaching methods under the premise of strengthening study and improving their own qualities. The theory should combine practice with practice to fully promote the mining Quality education of engineering professionals in the first place, in order to cultivate high-quality, in line with the production of high-yielding and efficient mining engineering professionals.
