幼儿教师只有具备充足的信息化知识,才能更好地进行教学。但现在幼儿教师中普遍存在的一个问题是在信息化素养研究方面比较匮乏。针对教师专业、教育实践及信息技术等多方面的发展而言,增加幼儿教师的培养力度,提升他们的信息化教学能力,是应该重点关注的问题。因此在实际操作方面,我们可以通过建设具有信息化特色的校园文化、合理利用信息技术资源、建立网络等众多方案,促进幼儿教师提升自身的信息化教学水平。
Kindergarten teachers only have sufficient knowledge of information in order to better teaching. However, a common problem among kindergarten teachers is the lack of research on information literacy. In terms of teachers’ professional development, educational practice and information technology, it is a key issue to increase the training of preschool teachers and enhance their ability of teaching information technology. Therefore, in practical aspects, we can promote many kindergarten teachers to improve their level of informationization through building a campus culture with informative characteristics, making rational use of information technology resources and establishing networks.
