我厂4115T缸体铸件主芯,自1975年起一直采用苏州铸造机械厂制造的二工位40公斤射芯机射制,然后将两单片芯用螺栓紧固,抹平拼缝间隙,凃以涂料烘干后送至造型工部。这种制芯工艺流程很不合理,工序多、占地面积大、占用劳动力多,芯子易变形、铸件尺寸精度难以保证。因此,缸体芯的整射问题迫切需要解决。我们通过对四种不同整射方案分析比较,决定采用垂直分型立射制芯方案,并制造了40公斤缸体芯垂直分型热芯盒射芯机。
