介绍了Huck铆钉拉铆技术的优越性能,针对机车车辆Huck铆钉拉铆铆接件因振动疲劳导致铆接件松动及铆钉断裂的情况,利用高频疲劳试验机对机车车辆用的Huck铆钉铆接试件进行疲劳试验,测得其疲劳强度为241.2 MPa。采用幂函数公式对疲劳试验数据进行拟合,得到了Huck铆钉试件的S-N寿命曲线。最后利用ABAQUS和Fe-Safe软件对Huck铆钉铆接件进行了仿真分析,通过试验与仿真的对比分析为机车车辆Huck铆钉拉铆紧固件的疲劳强度评定提供了基础实验数据。
This paper introduces the superiority of Huck rivet riveting technology. According to the situation that the riveting parts of Huck rivets of locomotive and vehicle are loose and the rivets are ruptured due to the vibration fatigue, the Huck rivet riveted specimens for locomotive and rolling stock are tested by high frequency fatigue testing machine Fatigue test, the measured fatigue strength of 241.2 MPa. Fatigue test data were fitted by the power function formula, and the S-N life curve of Huck rivet specimen was obtained. Finally, the ABAQUS and Fe-Safe software were used to simulate the riveting parts of Huck rivets. The comparative analysis of test and simulation provided the basic experimental data for assessing the fatigue strength of Huck rivet riveting fasteners for locomotives.
