天津市滨海新区位于天津东部沿海,根据第六次人口普查统计,目前滨海新区外来常住人口已经达到了124.45万人,不仅超过了户籍人口的119.78万人,而且还占到了常住人口248.21万人的半壁江山,成为了新区人口构成的重要组成部分,也成为了新区建设的主力军。本文搜集2000年以来滨海新区生产总值数据以及流动人口各因素指标数据,运用灰色关联度模型,探讨流动人口各因素与经济发展的关联度。根据分析结果,给出相关的政策建议。
Tianjin Binhai New Area is located on the eastern coast of Tianjin. According to the statistics of the Sixth Census, currently the resident population in Binhai New Area has reached 1,244,500, which not only exceeds the 1,978,800 registered population but also takes up 2,482,100 of the resident population Half of the country has become an important part of the demographic composition of the New Territories and has also become the main force in the construction of the new district. This paper collects the GDP data of Binhai New Area and the index data of the floating population since 2000, and uses the gray relational degree model to discuss the correlation between the factors of the floating population and the economic development. Based on the analysis results, the relevant policy recommendations are given.
