1 前言 连铸用中间包水口不附带像滑动水口(S/N)那样的流量控制机构,而水口的内孔扩大,钢水流紊乱会防碍连铸。为此,主要使用孔径变化小的电熔稳定化ZrO_2,但是连铸次数受到水口使用次数的限制的情况较多,现在希望进一步提高耐用性。 因此,开发出了只使工作面致密化,使水口内面的化学稳定性和耐热震性并存的氧化锆质中间包水口。在此与实际使用结果相结合报告了其概要。
1 Introduction The continuous casting tundish nozzle is not attached with a flow control mechanism such as a sliding nozzle (S / N). The inner bore of the nozzle enlarges and the flow of the molten steel is disturbed, which hinders continuous casting. For this reason, electrofusion-stabilized ZrO 2, which has a small pore diameter change, is mainly used, but the number of continuous casting is limited by the number of nozzles used, and it is now desired to further improve the durability. Therefore, a zirconia tundish nozzle has been developed which densifies only the working surface and coexists with chemical stability and thermal shock resistance of the inner surface of the nozzle. Here, the summary is reported in conjunction with the actual usage results.
