目的:探讨阿莫西林与果胶铋联合使用治疗胃炎的临床效果。方法:以我院收治的85例胃炎患者为研究对象,将其根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予克拉霉素和果胶铋治疗,观察组给予阿莫西林和果胶铋治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的73.8%,且观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率为93.0%,高于对照组的73.8%,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:阿莫西林与果胶铋联合使用治疗胃炎的临床效果显著,能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with pectin bismuth in the treatment of gastritis. Methods: Eighty-five patients with gastritis treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with clarithromycin and pectin bismuth. The observation group was given amoxicillin and pectin Bismuth treatment, comparative analysis of the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.3%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.8%). The clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.8%) (p <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of amoxicillin and pectin bismuth in the treatment of gastritis has significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high application value, which is worth promoting.
