近日,国务院印发《关于进一步做好为农民工服务工作的意见》,部署进一步做好新形势下为农民工服务工作,切实解决农民工面临的突出问题,有序推进农民工市民化。到2020年,转移农业劳动力总量继续增加,每年开展农民工职业技能培训2000万人次,农民工综合素质显著提高、劳动条件明显改善、工资基本无拖欠并稳定增长、参加社会保险全覆盖。(10月1日《京华时报》)笔者注意到,《意见》的内容
