Infant and adult cavernous hemangiomas are a rare type of vascular abnormality. Takaku et al. Reported 2 out of 103 infantile brain tumors and 1 out of 100 reported by Jooma et al. The authors encountered a rare case of huge brain (8.0 cm in diameter), multifragmented cavernous hemangiomas, and sick children, male, 11 months before onset of left limb paresis. Physical examination: head circumference 49cm, lethargy, left limb paresis, both sides of the ball to the side of the tilt. The cranial plain showed a widening of the frontal septum. CT showed a large, half lobulated mass on the right side of the skull. The surrounding area showed a high-density shadow. The enhanced scan showed a significant enhancement around the tumor and separation. MRI: T_1 weighted, tumor invasion and pineal area, lateral ventricle trigone, subcortical white matter and invasion through the lateral ventricle and the contralateral hemisphere, separated by low signal, internal high or equal signal; T_2 weighted, The lobular high signal surrounding is unbelievable
