我们遵照毛主席关于“独立自主,自力更生”的伟大教导,因陋就简,土法上马,大胆采用本省紫金生铁生产稀土镁球铁。经过十三次反复试验,终于试制成功了高强度QT60—2,高韧性QT40—10两种牌号的稀土镁球墨铸铁,并应用到50毫米、25毫米摇臂钻床、15吨糖机、拖拉机、吊车、摩托车柴油机等13种零件上。经过两年来的使用,效果良好,为解决我县钢材不足开辟了一条新途径,为应用本省生铁生产稀土镁球墨铸铁闯出了一条新路。
Following the great teachings of Chairman Mao on “independence and self-reliance”, we adopted rare earth magnesium lawns and launched the rare earth magnesium iron ductile iron with the province’s Zijin pig iron. After thirteen times of trial and error, it finally succeeded in trial production of high strength QT60-2 and high toughness QT40-10 two kinds of rare earth magnesium nodular cast iron, and applied to 50 mm, 25 mm radial drilling machine, 15 tons sugar machine, tractor, Cable car, motorcycle diesel and other 13 kinds of parts. After two years of use, the effect is good, in order to solve the shortage of steel in our county has opened up a new way for the production of rare earth magnesium cast iron ductile iron in our province to break a new road.
