小学教学的有效策略是指教师在课堂上合理调控教学,同时也根据学生的兴趣爱好和特点做出合适的教学策略调整,以达到小学教学质量和效果的提升。
The effective strategy of primary school teaching is that teachers should rationally regulate and control the teaching in the classroom, meanwhile, make appropriate adjustment of teaching strategies according to students’ interests and characteristics in order to achieve the improvement of primary school teaching quality and effectiveness.
