本市五家地段医院从企业的股份制改革中得到启发,将股份合作制这一形式大胆地用于地段医院。这些医院分属卢湾区、长宁区、徐汇区和闸北区,都是集体所有制医院,分别从1994、1995年开始进行股份合作制改造。实施股份合作制后,医院资产的股权分属于职工个人所有,医院职工既是所有者又是劳动者,实现了职工之间的资金结合和劳动联合,体现了集体办医的特征。职工是医院的主人和自己的雇主,需要自己管理自己;职工收入既有按劳分配部分,又有按股金进行分配部分,使全院职工的切身利益紧密联系在了一起。
Five local hospitals in this Municipality have been inspired by the shareholding system reform of enterprises and used the form of shareholding cooperation system boldly for the district hospitals. These hospitals belong to Luwan District, Changning District, Xuhui District and Zhabei District. They are all collectively-owned hospitals. Starting from 1994 to 1995, they started the joint-stock cooperative reform. After the implementation of the joint-stock cooperative system, the ownership of hospital assets belongs to individual employees. The hospital workers are both the owner and the laborer, realizing the capital combination and labor union among employees, which reflects the characteristics of collective medical treatment. Workers are the owners of hospitals and their employers, and need to manage their own. The employees’ income includes both distribution according to work and distribution according to shares, so that the immediate interests of the entire hospital staff are closely linked.
