铁路专用线(以下简称专用线)是指企业或其他单位管理的、与国家铁路或者其他铁路接轨的岔线。专用线运输是铁路运输的重要环节。加强对专用线的管理,充分发挥专用线的特殊功能,是搞好路企协作、加速车辆周转、提高运输效能的重要途径。 为了准确掌握内蒙古自治区境内专用线分布状况和使用情况,我们对全区专用线情况进行了初步调查摸底。在此基础上,又专程赴乌海市考查专用线的使用情况和管理中存在的问题。现将有关情况综述如下。
Railway special line (hereinafter referred to as special line) refers to the management of enterprises or other units, and the national railway or other railroad junction fork line. Dedicated line transportation is an important part of railway transport. Strengthening the management of dedicated lines and giving full play to the special functions of dedicated lines is an important way to improve the coordination between road and enterprise, accelerate vehicle turnover and enhance transport efficiency. In order to accurately grasp the distribution of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the use of special conditions, we conducted a preliminary survey of the situation in the region dedicated line. On this basis, we made a special trip to Wuhai City to examine the use of special lines and management problems. The relevant information is summarized as follows.
