一、前言小深孔加工,尤其是不锈钢一类难加工材料的小深孔加工,是机械加工中的难题之一。本文主要分析了孔径为0.5~1mm、孔深超过6倍的不锈钢小深孔钻削时合适的刀具参数。二、不锈钢小深孔加工的特点不锈钢的强度和45~#钢相差不大,但它具有较大的延伸率和线膨胀系数,较低的导热率,尤其是奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti有非常严重的加工硬化现象。
