近年来研究发现高尿酸血症是阵发性心房颤动、持续性心房颤动以及心血管外科手术后心房颤动的危险因素.炎症和氧化应激参与心房颤动的发生、发展,尿酸参与氧化应激和炎症反应,成为高尿酸血症参与心房颤动发生的重要机制.此外,尿酸转运蛋白在细胞内尿酸浓度的调节中发挥关键作用.因此深入研究尿酸水平增高导致心房颤动发生发展的机制,并探索抑制心房颤动发生的关键靶点,进而寻找合适的药物进行干预治疗,具有重要的科学意义.“,”In recent years,hyperuricemia has been found to be a risk factor for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,persistent atrial fibrillation,and atrial fibrillation after cardiovascular surgery.Inflammation and oxidative stress are involved in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation,and uric acid is involved in oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction,becoming an important mechanism of hyperuricemia in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.In addition,uric acid transport protein plays a key role in the regulation of intracellular uric acid concentration.Therefore,it is of great scientific significance to study the mechanism of the increase of uric acid level leading to the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation,and explore the key targets to inhibit the occurrence of atrial fibrillation,and then find the appropriate drugs for intervention treatment.
