近年来对中性粒细胞杀菌机理的研究有很大进展,现已阐明,中性粒细胞的杀菌因素基本上可分为非氧化性和氧化性两类。本文主要就中性粒细胞的氧化性杀菌机理及其代谢基础的研究作一综述。
In recent years, great progress has been made in the research on the neutrophil bactericidal mechanism. It has been clarified that neutrophil bactericidal factors can basically be divided into two categories: non-oxidizing and oxidizing. This article mainly reviews the research on oxidative bactericidal mechanism of neutrophil and its metabolic basis.
