目的探索分析应用疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片对女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)患者实施治疗的临床作用和效果。方法 58例女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组29例。对照组实施单纯微波治疗,研究组实施疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片治疗。将两组治疗效果以及免疫学指标变化情况进行对比。结果研究组治愈率93.10%高于对照组的72.41%,复发率6.90%低于对照组的27.59%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.90%与对照组的24.14%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用疣迪搽剂、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合匹多莫德分散片对女性生殖器复发性尖锐湿疣患者实施治疗,可以取得明显效果,能够有效改善患者的免疫功能,具有极大的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effects and clinical effects of wartime liniment, recombinant human interferon α-2b gel and pidotimod dispersible tablets in the treatment of female genital recurrent condyloma acuminatum (CA).
