吉林省旅游产业不断发展极大的推动了旅游高等教育的发展,招生规模逐渐扩大,教学质量也不断提高。但是,旅游高等教育快速发展的同时也呈现出了师资队伍建设不合理、教学内容与手段滞后及学生就业率低等问题。文章分析了目前吉林省旅游高等教育存在的问题并提出了相应的对策,以期促进吉林省旅游高等教育的健康持续发展。
The continuous development of tourism industry in Jilin Province has greatly promoted the development of tourism higher education. The enrollment scale has been gradually expanded and the quality of teaching has been continuously improved. However, with the rapid development of tourism higher education, there are also problems such as irrational faculty building, lagging teaching contents and means of teaching, and low employment rate of students. The article analyzes the existing problems of tourism higher education in Jilin Province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism higher education in Jilin Province.
