一、概况三相交流异步电动机中,笼型转子电机用量最多,约占电机总产量的一半以上。笼型转子的制造,目前除了特殊要求采用槽内插导条焊接短路环外,一般都用铝浇铸成笼条、短路环和风叶。常用五种铸铝方式,为(1)重力铸铝;(2)振动铸铝;(3)离心铸铝;(4)压力铸铝(压铸)和(5)低压铸铝。生产实践表明:用前四种方法或者劳动强度较大,或者质量受到人为因素影响而不够稳定。因而很多厂家把广泛用于汽车拖拉机铝合金件的低压铸铝工艺,用于电机转子铸铝,并进行了许多工艺试验,取得了一定成果。青岛纺织机械厂、山西电机厂、山西防爆电机厂等分别研制成了可生产6号电机以上
