由科技部主持的“863计划新材料领域《吡虫啉创新工艺研究与废水治理技术开发》课题”验收会于2012年1月5日在北京召开。课题由海利尔药业集团股份有限公司与南开大学共同承担,在双方的共同努力下,完成了课题的指标,开发了吡虫啉的清洁生产工艺并在3000吨/年的生产装置上集成化实施,取得了很好的效果:环和工序收率从65%提高到70%、缩合工序收率从70提高到92%;产品纯度从95%提高到98%以上。
