应用机械心动图(MCG)与阻抗心动图(ICG),对临床诊断为扩张型心肌病(DCM)35例患者进行了心功能测定。结果显示DCM患者的心脏收缩与舒张功能明显降低,主要表现为收缩时间间期异常,心排血量降低,心尖搏动图A波与阻抗一阶导数图O波的相对高度增高等。各指标数值与正常组之间均有非常明显的统计学差异。阳性检出率为53～100％。此外,还发现多数DCM患者颈动脉搏动图呈现特殊的形态变化。因此我们认为该种无损伤性的心功能检查在临床上具有一定的辅助意义。
Cardiac function tests were performed in 35 patients with clinically diagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) using mechanical cardiogram (MCG) and impedance cardiogram (ICG). The results showed that DCM patients with cardiac systolic and diastolic function was significantly reduced, mainly as an abnormal contraction time, cardiac output decreased, A wave of apical beating and impedance first derivative wave O wave relative height increased. The index values and the normal group have very significant statistical differences. Positive detection rate of 53 to 100%. In addition, carotid beats were found in most DCM patients with special morphological changes. Therefore, we think that this kind of non-invasive cardiac function test has certain clinical significance.
