鼠伤寒沙门氏菌肠炎主要表现为发烧、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛及脱水等,严重者可发生休克,而并发多尿症未见到文献记载。现将我院的一例报导如下: 才××男,58岁,牧民,藏族,青海籍。以发烧,腹泻,口渴50余天于1977年7月29日入院。在住院前曾因发烧,全身痛,头痛,咽痛,微咳,口渴明显,每日饮水量约4000毫升左右,尿量亦多,纳差,腹痛,腹胀,大便黄稀每日3至5次,便臭混有粘液,无脓血,有轻度里急后重感,精神差,全身乏困,不能参加劳动,在当地诊治疗效差转我院治疗。此患者病
