近几年“看病难、看病贵”的问题一直受到社会各界的高度关注,在我国医疗体制改革进程中,基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动的分级诊疗模式初步构建,意在改善三甲医院人满为患、基层医院门可罗雀的现状,因优质诊治资源稀缺和浪费共存而导致的看病难问题有了解决的希望和路径,但如何能够保障逐级转诊通畅地推进落实?全国政协常委、山东省中医药大学原校长王新陆对此发表了自己的看法。
In recent years, the problem of “difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive medical care” has been receiving great attention from all walks of life. In the process of the reform of the medical system in our country, the primary diagnosis, two-way referral, emergency treatment, and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model have been preliminary. The construction is intended to improve the status quo of overcrowding in the top-three hospitals and low-level grass-roots hospitals. There are hopes and ways to solve the problem of poor medical services due to scarce resources and wasteful coexistence of high-quality diagnostic and treatment resources. However, how can we ensure smooth implementation of gradual referral? Wang Xinlu, former chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, expressed his views on this issue.
