目的:探讨见血清不同提取部位的止血作用及机制。方法:观察见血清乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水部位对大鼠凝血四项(APTT、PT、TT、Fib)和血浆TF、TFPI、v WF、t-PA、PAI-1含量的影响。结果:见血清各提取部位均可显著缩短大鼠PT、APTT,正丁醇部位可显著增加Fib含量,各提取部位对TT无显著影响。见血清各提取部位均能显著降低血浆TFPI含量,乙醚、乙酸乙酯、水部位可降低血浆中TF含量,比较二者抑制率,发现TFPI的抑制率高于TF。见血清各提取部位均可升高血浆v WF含量。见血清乙醚、水部位可降低血浆中t-PA含量,而正丁醇提取部位则相反地表现为升高血浆中t-PA含量。见血清各提取部位均可升高血浆中PAI-1含量。结论:见血清可激活内源性和外源性凝血系统,提高血浆中v WF、PAI-1含量,降低血浆t-PA、TFPI活性,使机体处于高凝状态,促进血小板的聚集和粘附,有利于血栓的形成,从而发挥止血、促凝作用,其中正丁醇部位既具有止血作用也具有活血作用。
Objective: To investigate the hemostatic effect and mechanism of different extraction sites of serum. Methods: The effects of serum ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water on the content of APTT, PT, TT, Fib and TF, TFPI, vWF, t PA and PAI-1 in plasma were observed . Results: See the serum of each part can significantly shorten the rat PT, APTT, n-butanol can significantly increase the Fib content, the extracted parts of TT had no significant effect. See the serum of all parts of extraction can significantly reduce plasma TFPI content, ether, ethyl acetate, water can reduce the plasma level of TF content, compared the inhibition rate of both found TFPI inhibition rate higher than TF. See the serum extract all can increase plasma v WF content. See the serum ether, water can reduce the plasma t-PA content, n-butanol extract on the contrary the performance of increased plasma t-PA content. See the serum extract all can increase plasma PAI-1 content. Conclusion: Serum can activate endogenous and exogenous coagulation system, increase vWF and PAI-1 in plasma, decrease plasma t-PA and TFPI activity, make the body hypercoagulable and promote platelet aggregation and adhesion , Is conducive to the formation of thrombus, which play the role of hemostasis, procoagulant, n-butanol in which the site has both the role of hemostasis also has blood circulation.
