今年的石油石化企业年度工作会议上,提质增效是各公司共同关注的另一个话题。“提质增效”就是更加注重提高发展质量和经济效益,推动企业内涵式发展。要转变发展方式,调整产业结构,实现转型升级;全面深化改革,强化内部管理,增强企业发展活力。三大国家石油公司都不约而同地把质量效益作为发展的出发点和落脚点。中化集团和延长石油在今年的工作会议上,更是将质量效益提升到关乎企业生死攸关的高度而加以重视。
This year’s annual meeting of oil and petrochemical enterprises, to improve efficiency is another company of common concern to another topic. “Improve the quality and efficiency ” is to pay more attention to improving the quality of development and economic benefits, and promote the connotation of enterprise development. The three major national oil companies invariably regard quality and efficiency as the starting point and the foothold for their development. At this year’s working meeting, Sinochem and Yanchang Petroleum are paying more attention to raising the quality and efficiency of enterprises concerned with the vital importance of an enterprise.
