目的 :探讨高频电与热电极联合治疗胃肠息肉的效果。方法 :31例有蒂及亚蒂息肉高频电圈套凝切 ,残蒂出血或过长热电极补充烧灼。 18枚宽基息肉高频电凝 ,近基底再改用热电极补充烧灼。结果 :治疗 2周后内镜复查 ,36例原息肉部位粘膜充血 ,13枚粘膜浅溃疡形成 ,无并发症。结论 :高频电切与热电极联合治疗胃肠息肉是一种安全、简便、有效的内镜下治疗方法
Objective: To explore the effect of high-frequency combined with thermodeopolar electrode for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods: 31 cases of pedicle and pedicle polyp high frequency electric trocar coagulation, residual pedicle hemorrhage or excessive hot electrode supplement cautery. 18 wide base polyp of high frequency coagulation, near the base and then replaced with hot electrode supplement burning. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, endoscopic examination, 36 cases of mucosal congestion of the original polyp, and the formation of 13 mucosal shallow ulcers with no complications. Conclusion: The combination of high frequency electrocision and thermodelectrodeposition is a safe, simple and effective endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal polyps
