利用创新的班会形式提供大学生更好的展示自我的平台;学生通过班会的能够更好的提高自我自身能力;能够更好的和其他同学老师沟通和交流。高职院校应该更多的更好的开展班会,便于学校对学生心理、生活等更好的掌握。同时班会在高校院校教育管理中起到良好的辅导作用。
Using innovative forms of class to provide students a better platform for the display of self; students through the class will be able to better improve their own ability to better communicate with other classmates and teachers. Higher vocational colleges should be more and better to carry out the class meeting, to facilitate the school to students better psychological and life control.
