大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源,高等院校是大学生成长成才的土壤。高等教育是“以人为本”的教育,大学生的权益保障问题是依法治校和创建和谐校园的重要组成部分。本文从大学生权益内容的特殊性出发,在分析大学生权益缺失原因基础上,提出要构建“以人为本”的大学生权益保障体系。
College students are very valuable human resources, colleges and universities are the soil for the growth of college students. Higher education is a “people-oriented” education. The protection of the rights and interests of college students is an important part of managing schools according to law and creating a harmonious campus. Based on the peculiarities of college students’ rights and interests content, this article analyzes the reasons for the lack of rights and interests of college students and puts forward that it is necessary to build a “people - oriented” rights protection system for college students.
