近年来,社会发展不断加快,人民生活水平也日益提高,政府对于水利水电工程建设中的环境保护提出了更高的要求。因此水利水电工程的环保构想,需要施工者和管理者具有开阔的眼界丰富的经验,同时还必须要有工程规划发展的前瞻性。在此,笔者对当前水利水电工程建设中的环境保护问题做了以下几点分析。
In recent years, the social development has been accelerating and the living standard of the people has also been increasing day by day. The government has set higher requirements for the environmental protection in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Therefore, the conception of environmental protection of water conservancy and hydropower projects requires the experience of constructors and managers with broad perspectives. At the same time, it must also be forward-looking in the development of engineering planning. Here, I made the following analysis of the current environmental protection problems in the construction of water resources and hydropower projects.
