目的提高死亡病例网络直报的质量,为全人群的死因监测,提供及时、准确的信息来源;方法某院分析了2013年死亡病例网络直报存在漏报、错报及迟报的问题与原因,采取健全死亡病例网络直报的管理制度,依托医院病案管理信息系统,加强死亡病例网络直报漏报、错报及迟报的管理;结果 2014年1月-6月住院死亡病例漏报数、迟报数与错报数为零,门诊与急诊的迟报与错报率仅为0.25%;结论通过建立长效的死亡病例网络直报的管理机制,对死亡病例网络直报进行全面的质量管理保证了死亡病例网络直报的及时性、完整性及准确性。

Methods A hospital analyzed the problems and causes of omission, misstatement and late submission of network direct reports of deaths in 2013 , Take a sound management system for direct reporting of death cases, relying on the hospital medical records management information system to strengthen the management of direct reporting of missing cases, misstatement and late reporting of death cases; Results January-June 2014 in-hospital deaths missing cases , The number of late report and wrong report was zero, the outdated and wrong report rate of outpatient and emergency was only 0.25%. Conclusion Through setting up a long-term management mechanism of network direct report of death cases, Quality management ensures timely, complete and accurate direct reporting of deaths.
