我厂自1983年开始推广应用在刮板输送机中部槽中板上用Fe—05粉块碳弧堆焊耐磨层试验,其试验结果如下: 1、直流正接(AX_3—500),φ5结422,I=300(A)平均HRC=55;堆焊层厚度δ=2.3表面质量尚可,有部分浅气孔状凹坑; 2、直流正接(AX_3-500),φ4结506,I=170(A)平均HRC=48;δ=2.8;堆焊时烟雾大,溶池不清,飞渣大,表面质量差; 8、交流(BX_3-300型u_0=80V),碳弧堆焊,I=320(A),平均HRC=61.5;6=1.7;有比较明显的断弧现象,表面平整; 4、交流(BX_3-300型u_0=80V),φ5结422,I=320(A),平均HRC=53.5;δ=2.7;表面类似编号1;
