攀枝花市仁和区于1990年6-9月对新华、鱼塘、大田和太平四乡及仁和镇四个村一个居委会,采用改良加藤法、卢戈氏碘液直接涂片法和试管滤纸培养法共调查2639人,透明胶纸肛试法检查12岁以下儿童蛲虫及带绦虫卵490人,结果检出人体肠道寄生虫13种(蠕虫5种、原虫8种);蛔虫、鞭虫、十二指肠钩虫、美洲钩虫、蛲虫、溶组织内阿米巴、结肠内阿米巴、哈氏内阿米巴、布氏嗜碘阿米巴、微小内蜒阿米巴、人酵母菌、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫和人肠滴虫,感染率依次为65.4、39.8、10.9、5.8、2.9、0.6、6.0、5.0、1.6、16.9、16.0、2.2和0.04%。除蛔虫、鞭虫、十二指肠钩虫和美洲钩虫外,其它9种均系该区以前尚未报道过的新虫种.检出寄生虫阳性者2194人,总感染率为83.1%,其中感染单一虫种者占36.
